This guitar has all the bells and whistles. The guitar features a beautiful Sitka Spruce top with East Indian Rosewood back and sides, genuine Mahogany neck, and Ebony fingerboard with abalone hexagon inlays. Other notable features include a Style 45 back purfling, abalone top and rosette inlays, and gold-plated gear tuners. This particular example was hand signed (in sound hole) by CEO Chris Martin IV.
This D-41 is in excellent condition. No visual blemishes anywhere to be seen. The guitar plays as good as they get. The wood has opened up and it shows. The guitar resonates for days. The tone is crips and precise with incredible mids and low end. It provides the true Martin tone.
