2016 Martin Vintage Series Eric Clapton Signature 000-28EC in Natural Finish
The Martin 000-28EC signature model is a meticulously crafted tribute to the pre-war guitar played by Eric Clapton during his legendary MTV Unplugged performance. This 000 guitar features a beautiful Sitka Spruce top and the East Indian rosewood back and sides.
The shorter 24.9" scale length, preferred by Clapton, is ideal for both fingerstyle playing and expressive bends, while the modified V neck made from genuine mahogany provides comfort and control. The guitar's looks are enhanced with antique toner on top, herringbone inlay, and a full gloss finish.
This guitar is in great condition. Minimal small blemishes can be found if angled in the right light, but nothing that shows clearly in photos. No cracks anywhere to be found. The guitar sounds absolutely incredible. It has a well balanced smooth tone and rings for days. It has opened up with time and resonances for days. Includes original Martin hardshell case
