Eastman E10OOSS/V Slope Shoulder Acoustic Guitar in Antique Varnish
The Eastman E10OOSS/V is a vintage-inspired slope-shoulder acoustic built for players who want compact comfort, timeless tone, and broken-in character right out of the case. Drawing on the roots of Depression-era small-bodied guitars, the E10OOSS/V pairs all-solid Adirondack spruce on top with mahogany back and sides and finished in Eastman’s distinctive hand-applied Antique Varnish finish. This model features a “C” mahogany neck, 12" ebony fingerboard, and bone nut for smooth, precise playability.
This model’s slope-shoulder body design offers a slightly mellower, rounder tone than traditional dreadnoughts, making it an excellent choice for fingerstyle, blues, folk, and singer-songwriter applications. The shorter 24.75" scale adds a touch of warmth and softness to the string tension, while the solid Adirondack spruce top gives the guitar a powerful voice with plenty of headroom when you dig in. The hand-carved scalloped X-bracing ensures a dynamic and expressive response across the tonal spectrum.
