1999 Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster in Crimson Transparent Red
The American Deluxe was rolled out in late 1998 and was created as a top-of-the-line American production model. Fender included the most sought after modifications for this model. The guitar features alder body finished in beautiful Crimson Transparent Red, Maple neck with rolled edges, and rosewood fretboard. The Deluxe incorporates modern specs such as a knife-edge synchronized tremolo with two steel saddle stops and a locking tuners.
The guitar is loaded with Fender Vintage Noiseless pickups in the neck and middle positions and DH-1 humbucker in the bridge which produces a nice full sound.
The guitar is in great condition for a 26 year old guitar! Superficial surface scratches can be found, but do not show up in photos. Lettering on pickups have faded some and a few micro dings. No cracks or heavy scratches anywhere to be seen. Electronics work as expected and sound great. Includes Fender hardshell case and tremolo bar. Hardshell case is in good condition with a dent on the bottom side and scratches throughout.
