2006 Gibson Custom Shop 1960 Les Paul Special Doublecut – TV Yellow
This 2006 Gibson Custom Shop 1960 Les Paul Special Doublecut is in very good overall condition and has been well cared for. There are some light superficial scratches throughout along with a few small indents around the body and headstock, but nothing that takes away from its great vintage-inspired look. Electronics work as expected and sound fantastic.
This is an absolute monster of a Les Paul Special. The Custom Shop Soapbar P-90s deliver a huge, full, and aggressive tone with plenty of punch and bite, while still cleaning up beautifully when you roll back the volume.
The TV Yellow finish, double-cut mahogany body, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, and 1960 Slim Taper neck give this guitar all the classic Special character. The VOS nitrocellulose finish and vintage-style appointments complete the package.
