2018 Gibson Memphis ES-335 Figured – Antique Walnut
This 2018 Gibson Memphis ES-335 Figured is in excellent condition with no significant blemishes to note. Light superficial surface scratches or spots may be present but do not properly show up in photos. Electronics work as expected and sound fantastic. The bridge has been upgraded, and the original bridge is included.
This is an absolute winner in both looks and tone. The figured walnut on this particular example is beautiful, and the Antique Walnut finish really lets the figuring stand out. The factory MHS humbuckers are also a standout—they have an incredibly warm, open, dynamic sound and are some of the best-sounding Gibson pickups I've had the pleasure of testing.
The Memphis ES-335 combines the classic semi-hollow Gibson design with a number of high-end appointments. The maple/poplar body and maple centerblock give it plenty of clarity and punch, while the mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard add warmth and depth. The result is a guitar that feels equally at home playing clean jazz and blues tones or pushing into classic rock and heavier overdriven sounds.
The rounded “C” neck profile feels substantial without being overly chunky, and the rolled binding makes the neck particularly comfortable in the hand. The relatively thin ES-335 body is also extremely comfortable to play while retaining the volume, resonance, and character that make the model so popular.

The MHS pickups really make this guitar special. They have the clarity and sensitivity to respond to your playing dynamics while still having plenty of warmth and authority when you push them. Clean, they have a beautiful open character; add some gain and they become thick, punchy, and raunchy without losing definition.
A great-looking ES-335 with an exceptional figured top, killer MHS pickups, and the appointments you'd expect from a high-end Memphis-era Gibson. This is a particularly nice example.
