2026 Fender Lee Sklar Precision Bass – Aged Natural
This Fender Lee Sklar Precision Bass is in mint condition, removed from the box only for testing and photography. Electronics work as expected and sound great! Includes the original Fender hardshell case and all original paperwork. Will ship in the original Fender shipping box.
Built in Fender’s Corona, California factory as part of the Fender Stories Collection, this signature model pays tribute to legendary session bassist Lee Sklar and his iconic, heavily modified “Frankenstein” Precision Bass. Finished in Aged Natural with Fender’s Heirloom nitrocellulose lacquer, it captures the look and character of a well-loved studio instrument while offering a range of modern performance features.
The alder body is paired with a maple neck featuring a 1962 Jazz Bass C profile and a round-laminated rosewood fingerboard with a 7.25" radius. The narrower 1.59" nut width provides a faster, more Jazz Bass-like feel. Two active EMG Lee Sklar P pickups deliver a powerful, versatile sound, with individual Volume controls and a master passive Tone control for dialing in everything from punchy fundamentals to more detailed, articulate tones.
Premium hardware includes a Badass Bass II high-mass bridge, Gotoh reverse open-gear tuners, and a Hipshot BT3 Bass Xtender for quick drop-D tuning. The Heirloom nitro finish features a lightly aged appearance and will continue to develop character over time.
