Gibson ES-335 Figured – Iguana Burst (Gibson Exclusive)
This guitar is in mint condition with no visual blemishes to note. Removed from the box for testing and photography only. Electronics work as expected and sound great. Includes the original Gibson hardshell case and all paperwork.
Since its introduction in 1958, the Gibson ES-335 has remained one of the most versatile and recognizable guitars ever made. This ES-335 Figured combines the timeless design and unmistakable tone of the original with an eye-catching AAA figured maple top and a Gibson Exclusive Iguana Burst finish.
The laminated maple/poplar body and solid maple centerblock deliver the perfect balance of semi-hollow resonance, sustain, and feedback control. A comfortable mahogany neck with a Rounded C profile is paired with a bound rosewood fingerboard and acrylic small block inlays, providing a classic look and feel.
A set of calibrated T-Type humbuckers delivers a versatile range of tones, from warm, articulate cleans to punchy overdriven sounds. Handwired controls with Orange Drop capacitors provide responsive volume and tone adjustments, while the lightweight aluminum ABR-1 Tune-o-Matic bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece offer reliable tuning stability and intonation.
