Suhr Alt T with Rosewood Fretboard - Seafoam Green
Suhr Alt T with Rosewood Fretboard - Seafoam Green
This Suhr Alt T is in great condition with minimal blemishes to note. Light surface scratches may be present but do not show up in photos. Small scuff on back lower corner which cannot be properly photographed. The electronics work exactly as they should and sound great. Includes the original Suhr premium gig bag and spec sheet.
The Suhr Alt T is a T-style guitar with a very different personality from a traditional Telecaster. Its heavily chambered alder body gives the guitar a lightweight, resonant feel with added warmth, sweetness, and sustain, while the F-hole adds a distinctive semi-hollow look. Paired with a rosewood fingerboard, vintage-inspired neck profile, and a pair of Suhr SSV humbuckers, the Alt T is equally comfortable covering vintage-inspired tones and modern sounds.
The ’60s “C” Vintage Medium neck profile feels familiar and comfortable without being overly chunky, while the compound-radius rosewood fingerboard transitions from a 9" radius at the nut to 12" at the body. That combination makes chording comfortable while providing a flatter platform for bends and lead playing. Stainless steel frets add durability and maintain a smooth playing surface for years to come.
The SSV humbuckers are a major part of what makes the Alt T so versatile. They deliver the warmth and fullness you'd expect from a vintage-style humbucker, but with the clarity and note definition Suhr is known for. The five-way switching provides considerably more tonal flexibility than a conventional T-style guitar, making this a great choice for everything from country and blues to rock, soul, and modern alternative styles.
Hardware is equally well thought out, with Suhr locking tuners and a Wilkinson three-saddle bridge featuring brass swivel saddles. The result is a T-style guitar that retains plenty of familiar character while offering the refinement, playability, and versatility you expect from a Suhr.
